2015 Yarrow Mamout Archaeology Project

Welcome,

This archaeological project has gained media attention and public interest for several years, and now we will be finally able to answer the question: Is Yarrow Mamout buried on this property? Though this is not the primary goal of the Phase I archaeological survey to be conducted at 3324 Dent Place, it is a necessary and immediate concern. Our primary goal is to identify, preserve, and protect the archaeological resources in the District of Columbia.

To learn more about the project, a brief history of Yarrow Mamout, or to see project photo updates, please navigate through the above pages.

If you have any questions or concerns, please fill out the contact form or e-mail one of the staff (information on the staff page).

Thanks,

Mia L. Carey, M.A.
